In its experience to date the team at Jass has found that big is not always beautiful and small is not always simple. Each client has its own strengths and weaknesses and these are not always relative to its size. Therefore it is one of the main objectives of Jass to understand the requirements of the client, how they want to work, what are the key issues within these requirements and therefore to provide the client with ‘what they want when they want it’.
Our objectives are for:
- Jass to be able to offer the same quality of service to all its clients, irrespective of size and demands. This should always be done with a realistic and honest approach with regards to what is practical and achievable and working together to a successful conclusion.
- Jass to expand its customer base but never to the detriment of existing clients.
- Jass to continue its development in the sourcing of new manufacturers, materials, accessories and processes to maintain its contribution to the design and development of the client’s product portfolio.
- Jass to be proactive in its development, offering services and products at the earliest stages of their availability.
