The development process is broken down into sections where we plan the critical path from concept to production:

• Design the interpretation of an idea from concept to a sample request
• Component selection the choosing of the materials and accessories to turn a picture into a garment
• Pattern Making the translation of a size chart or sample garment into a 1st pattern making use of all the existing knowledge to get it right first time.
• Sampling the process of preproduction which starts from 1st prototype, along with fabric wash trials. Then to the commercial samples, where specified, and finally to pre-production gold seal samples, which are fully representative of how the production will be delivered.
• Technical Specifications all these phases are controlled with a technical specification report which is maintained from the start of the process to the gold seal sample and in turn this converts into the manufacturing pack for the next phase of the production.
