We select our factories for their compatibility with the client’s requirements for volume, price and flexibility of style.

In this aspect of the production, we have processes that are in place to ensure that the client is supplied in accordance with an approved gold seal sample. The processes throughout manufacturing are systematic to ensure consistency and a uniform product.

• Manufacturing Packs are prepared to ensure that all is clear about what is required. This includes measurements, thread colours, key design features plus label and ticket positions.
• Pre-production; on receipt of all bulk components, we check them for shrinkage, shade variation and quality.
• Size sets are produced in the bulk fabric to check for any grading issues and final shrinkage values.
• We check all the clients own brand products for quantity and quality.
• We continually supervise the production with our on site Q.C. team.
