• Fabric testing to ensure faulty fabric will not enter the production chain.
• Panel inspection to reduce second choice garments.
• In work measure checks to prevent problems at later stages.
• Supervision of critical procedures essential to the aspect of the finished garment.
• Pre-wash measurement checks
• Post wash measurement checks and supervision of final inspection and ticketing
• Final check on finished and packed goods to ensure that the goods are to standard and ultimately the release of the goods for shipment.
• Maintaining a production report on each order, showing all measure checks and highlighting any quality issues.
